1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
- The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship to addresses within Europe, United Kingdom and Turkiye. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Halamode.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages:
- Halamode.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
