1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Germany & EU: 3–7 business days
- International (outside EU): 7–14 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Orders over 30€ qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Halamode.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@halamode.com.
- If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
