1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Germany & EU: 3–7 business days
  • International (outside EU): 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Orders over 30€ qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Halamode.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@halamode.com.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
